In a time where food prices are skyrocketing and the cost of living is getting higher, it’s impacting every step of our food cycle. From the grains and legumes used to feed livestock right up to shelf price of the proteins.

So are Lab Grown Meats the biggest challenge to an ever growing threat?
Costs are plummeting in production and soon, they may be cheaper to produce than organic proteins and many companies are jumping in at the ground level and investing 60% more in 2021. A benefit to a major shift to lab grown meats is that it will also help cut one of our biggest producers of greenhouse gasses (20%). I believe that they could be, and soon they may become the cheaper and more ethical choice for everyone.
